Gifts in the garden

Gardening is meditation in motion and a daily definition of what kindness is. In this outdoor gym, gifts manifest with time, care, sun, rain and the dance of the days. It’s the perfect place to be reminded of the value in patience and giving thanks for the gifts that can grow from seed to food, flowers and fragrance, in front of our eyes.

A garden can exist in a peeny space or a medium to large outdoor area – anywhere there is water, a tree, earth and living things, one has already begun. Even a bird can make the first move, and gift a seed that welcomes in the first sprouting of life in the earth.
