According to God’s Word, “Perfect” is defined as “being entirely without fault or defect; corresponding to an ideal standard or abstract concept.; mature, pure, complete.” (N.L.T) Therefore, God’s will, way and works are perfect.

Deuteronomy 32:4 “He is The Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is!”

There have been times I’ve felt that I could ease the longevity of a trial through my own prayers and actions…misguided and leaning on my own limited understanding and interpretation of the purpose and process of the matter at hand.

I’m reminded the Word that is my daily comfort food, of three things in particular:

1. God is in control
2. we are called to trust in Him
3. He is able and is the true know-it-all
