Tending to your soul with serenity moments

Heya, do you have a set time in the day when you consciously slow down to breathe – and just be?

Well, enjoying quiet time in the mornings is one of the things that warms my heart and helps set the tone for the day. Watching the freshly sunlit sky transform is observing a masterpiece being painted before your amazed eyes…it invites you to take deep breaths and give thanks for the dawn of a new day.

Sharing a couple video clips of serenity moments that I hope will invite you to pause for a moment and take a deep breath…and encourage you to consciously add moments of serenity into each day, wherever you are…

You Matter, and serenity is not exclusive to anyone. In a world where stress is prevalent, serenity is more than relevant – it’s directly connected to our wellbeing and peace of mind.

What about you? Maybe orange sunsets, dancing snowflakes, and rainy days in the forest are your thing. Do your serenity moments look more like a cool afternoon-walk, refreshing midday-swim, or steady evening-jog kind of thing? Feel free to share how you enjoy moments of serenity each day.
