Quiet time: serenity moments in creation (Video)

When last did you consciously slow down and take a deep breath?

How about two – a few – or a better yet, a series of steady, pronounced, refreshing breaths? Those ones that compel your heart and mind to usher in gratitude, and flush out frustration. Well, I still have to remind myself to do this outside of coaching sessions, where breathing is an integral part of each lesson.

Here’s a little videoย of early morning serenity moments I hope inspires you to enjoy quiet time each day. Very often, it’s in the stillness when we receive answers we would not have heard while moving constantly, juggling tasks frantically, and speaking incessantly.
