When last did you consciously slow down and take a deep breath?
How about two – a few – or a better yet, a series of steady, pronounced, refreshing breaths? Those ones that compel your heart and mind to usher in gratitude, and flush out frustration. Well, I still have to remind myself to do this outside of coaching sessions, where breathing is an integral part of each lesson.
