How To Use Trello Project Management App {VIDEO}

Hey ladies!

Have a ton of to-dos and looking for a more effective way to map your schedule? In this video, i’ll walk you through project management application, ‘Trello‘ and outline steps to assist you with:

  • scheduling your tasks
  • outlining goals
  • penciling-in refreshment
  • mapping the areas of your life

Gentle reminder that we’re not designed to live as a hostage to time, but with the portion gifted to each of us, we can choose how we use, assign and align it…on that note – Trello

It’s essentially a project management app, but to me it’s also serves as a digital vision board.

With Trello, you can: share files, delegate tasks, monitor progress (with having to send e-mails or text messages), and communicate with designated team members you invite to specific ‘boards’ (projects).

Along with that, you can create checklists and calendars for home or work duties, and best of all – get a panoramic view of the various aspects of your life. This is helpful as a reference, and can inspire a life re-design, if you realize your current tasks place more emphasis on work and hardly address pockets of rest-and-refreshment.

At first glance, Trello may look like an almost-blank canvas with a few random squares on it, but once you spend some time in the app itself (this video will save a lot of trial n’ error and blooper time for you), it’s a fun and handy online resource that can help you to become more organized in your approach to life.
