Being an entrepreneur is a journey that requires endurance, so we constantly need to carve out purposeful pockets of time for refreshment along the way.

Y’all, stress is a real factor that affects so many around the world, for many different reasons; it’s not for us to fear, but to be aware of and intentionally design your life so it’s not setting out a welcoming mat for stress. Stuff will happen, and we all face challenges at any given season, but it is possible to –

include wellnessย and joy into the design and tempo of your business.

Here areย 3 Tips:

  1. Wake up early in the morning. You know the contents of your life, so set aside as much time as you can (without pressuring yourself) – this is not to rush the day or give yourself more tasks, but to experience the refreshment that’s so vibrant in the quiet of early mornings. It helps with clarity in thinking, and you’ll notice far more beautiful things in creation rather than later in the day when the pace picks up. When you set aside time to enjoy the morning when the general atmosphere is still, it awakens a sense of gratitude, and that overflows into the rest of your day. If or when something happens during the day, you already have the imprint of a beautiful morning to be thankful for. It makes the remainder of the day a lot lighter, and it’s easier to quieten the mind the more you train it to appreciate moments of stillness and serenity.
  2. Add some light – intense movement into your daily regime. That can look like anything from breathwork, stretching and light housecleaning to taking a walk & jog, dancing in ya kitchen, or heading to the beach and gym.
  3. Essential oils. These help us to create a healthy and aromatic ambience, whether you use oils that revivify, assist with memory and concentration, calm, cleanse the air, or are useful for clear breathing. As you inhale the oils of your choice, you’re subconsciously taking a deep breath, and that’s something that comes in so handy for all of us. Applying or diffusing pure therapeutic grade essential oils enhances your attitude, puts a smile on your face, and invites wellness into your creative business space, while you work.
