Hiya, how are you today? Since we share a lot about working from home, today’s post features a short video of cooking at home. On the menu, it’s black beans in a coconut curry sauce, with basmati rice. Feel free to try making it when you feel for a light, healthy, filling and tasty meal that’s fairly easy to make, and add your own flavours to it.
Coming up with meals on a regular basis to make can be a bit much sometimes, so I thought to share one of my favourite meals and moments. I’m not a chef or pro but cooking has become one of my sweetly enjoyable, calming hobbies.
